Hourly Rate: $15 to $26.99 per hour

Ripley's is a global leader in tourism entertainment with more than 14 million visitors a year to over 100 Attractions around the world. Here in Surfers Paradise, Ripley's Believe It or Not! Odditorium is an interactive Attraction that offers fifteen themed galleries, an immersive 7D Moving Theatre, and Candy Factory and Retail Shop. We have recently expanded and are looking for a Guest Services Ambassador who demonstrates a high level of confidence, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and are amazing with customer service!

A Guest Service Ambassador is responsible for maintaining high quality Guest Service, including generating sales, housekeeping, cash register operations (POS), and operation of our 7D Moving Theatre. This position will be on a rotating roster and will include working nights, weekends, and public holidays. .

• Actively sell tickets, upsell tickets, and retail items in an energetic and friendly environment.
• Work with our team to reach sales goals
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a “can do” attitude
• Prior experience is great but not necessary
• Interact with our guests, including answering questions, handing our flyers, and answering phones
• Complete sales transactions and maintain proper cash collecting using our POS registers.
• Operation of our 7D Moving Theatre
• Tidying and cleaning the lobby, Odditorium, Mirror Maze, 7D Moving Theatre, and Retail areas
• Other duties as assigned
